Helloooo my bunnies ☺
At this moment, I’m actually studying for my first final exam on Wednesday when I should be overcoming this heat at the beach…meeeeh ☹
I’m taking a little break from the books to share with you a casual outfit I was wearing yesterday downtown. You can never go wrong with a white t-shirt and denim shorts for a spring/summer day look. I decided to give my own twist to this classic look but wearing an asymmetrical (long in the back, short in the front) t-shirt. The back of the shirt is made with chiffon fabric, which flows beautifully as you walk. I’ve worn it to day parties and it’s the perfect piece for an effortless, yet chic look. The coolest thing about it is that it can be styled differently; with leggings, skinny pants, colorful pants or shorts and add accessories according to the preference. This time I decided to keep it simple since I was downtown and wear it with denim shorts which are my number 1 item for hot days. I don’t like mini-skirts as much; shorts make me feel more comfortable when the temperatures are high.
I went for “simple” (in my world) almost oxford-like shoes. I call them simple because even though the color is silver, the laces and the little platform makes them casual and comfy to be walking around. These shoes can definitely be styled with a more dramatic look but today I’m keeping them “simple” Finally, I’m wearing my favorite sunnies that I have been in love with ever since I got them. They make everything look “trendy” and particularly I like them in today’s outfit; how they match the silver shoes.
The pictures were shot downtown Thessaloniki behind graffiti walls. You guys know how much I love street-art and whenever I see an artistic wall, I can’t help it but snap some shots. This was the case yesterday and I love the result of colors as a background for a “basic” outfit. A little editing to polish the photos and there you go ☺ Hope you like it…Enjoy the rest of the weekend cuz I wont ☹…
