Happy Saturday, people ☺! So excited to share with you my third and favorite look from my collaboration with Shop Ilisia, formerly known as Fena Fresh. The woman in this look is young, urban and avant-garde. She appreciates art and understands vintage, which reflects well on her everyday choices. To her fashion is a form of self-expression, always explicit and untraditional in playing with prints and colors fearlessly. The dress I am wearing is a perfect example of tastefully mixed colors in a pop art texture, the girl wearing this can never go unnoticed. It is designed by Pepe Jeans, a part of their Andy Warhol collection; a fashion tribute to pop art. Andy Warhol’s works are used in this collection by being transformed to contemporary graphic pieces of clothing into feminine silhouettes. To me, the pop art era is one of the most inspirational art forms in fashion especially since I love playing with colors and textures, or simply just having pop art prints in my dresses. Styling a look with so much print is definitely risky, you should make sure not to over accessorize since it can end up looking tacky. Because of this, I decided to wear my hair in a ponytail and just have a red lipstick to keep the colorful spirit. For the feet I chose these minimal boots by Melissa in their famous rubber material. They are black and flat, very urban and the shine of the rubber in the outside is a cute subtle detail. Adding some more color through these round shape sunnies is the perfect accessory to finish the look.
It’s a gloomy day today and I hope that these colors will brighten it just as they did to me. Stay happy and positive, enjoy your weekend ☺!!
